MEET CHRIS DECKER
Chris worked for 3 commercial real estate ventures including a life science property project in the Seaport section of Boston, ran residential real estate projects, and was president and treasurer of a community foundation. Chris also has over 15 years experience working as an investment research analyst responsible for making investment decisions and managing hundreds of millions of dollars in institutional fixed income investment funds primarily invested in corporate bonds issued by U.S. and foreign private and public companies. He created significant value for large institutional funds along with directly increasing corporate earnings and strengthening balance sheets.
He has extensive experience investing in business growth, turnaround, recapitalizations, project finance, and M&A opportunities. He also has managed projects including liquidating problem assets and running real estate projects.

Ronan
Chris was a Trustee for over 15 years responsible for a charitable remainder trust whose beneficiaries included the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Tufts University. He lives in Hanover, NH and for 20 years has participated as a cyclist in the 2-day Pan-Mass Challenge helping his team raise over $1 million in cancer research funds for Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Chris does his best thinking walking with his black lab, Ronan; prior to Ronan he did his best thinking walking with Angus, his chocolate lab.
